Safaricom Opens New Call Centre in Eldoret

Safaricom has today opened a new Call Centre in Eldoret town as the telco continues its push to improve customer experience. The new hub constructed at a cost of KES900 million has also created job opportunities for over 800 people. The Call Centre will further enhance Safaricom’s efficiency in handling the over 150,000 calls received daily and help resolve customer queries much faster.
